TWRC Booking Terms and Conditions
TWRC Cancellation Policy for Events
100% Payment due at time of booking.
Refunds in full (excluding the HorseMonkey Admin fee) or a
transfer to an alternative date/event/person, can be made prior to the closing
date of competitions.
In the event where an event is oversubscribed and your place can be filled a
full refund (less the HorseMonkey Admin fee) may be given.
Cancellations made after the closing date are non-refundable/transferrable unless your place is filled.
Area Qualifiers closing date is 21 days before the date of the competition.
TWRC Cancellation Policy for Clinics/Training
100% Payment due at time of booking
Refunds in full (excluding the HorseMonkey Admin fee) can be made up to 7 days prior to the clinic/training date.
If your place can be filled, a full refund will be given (less the HorseMonkey Admin fee)
TWRC Cancellation Policy for Camps
In the event where a deposit is payable to secure a place at a TWRC Camp it is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated).
In the event where a Camp is oversubscribed and your place can be filled a full refund may be given.
Amendments to bookings in the 28 days prior to the event are non-refundable and changes are subject to the organisers’ discretion.
Change to Events
TWRC reserve the right to change or cancel details and dates of an event. Transfer to an alternative event or a full refund will be offered.
TWRC accept no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred in the event of cancellation or change to any type of TWRC Event.
