Training with the popular Emily Vincent at Porth Valley XC Course, Newquay. Suitable for all abilities there are fences for novices as well as skinnies, corners, banks and angles for the more experienced, with a fabulous water complex that is perfect for practice. We are running this training late afternoon/evening with groups of about 4 for 90 minutes, spaces will therefore be limited so early booking is recommended. £28 pp booking through Horsemonkey.
