BRC AREA 19 Team Dressage
St Leonards EC 16th August 2020.
A dressage competition for teams of four riders for current members of affiliated riding clubs or centres within BRC Area 19, with tests ranging from Intro to Medium. All rules as per the current BRC rulebook but flu vacs not required for this competition. Updates specific to the Covid situation (no scoreboards etc) will be confirmed nearer the time and will be based on the guidance available then. Where there is a choice of tests the section will be judged as a ‘pick-a-test’ for team scoring purposes, but individual rosettes will be awarded for each test. Individual entries cannot at this stage be accepted from those riders also riding in a team – this may be updated after the close of entries depending on numbers. Some tests may also run on grass – again depending on numbers.
Tests – (All 2020 versions, 20 x 40 arena and available on the BRC Cloud unless otherwise stated)
Rider One – Either BRC Walk & Trot OR BRC D1
(Eligibility & tack as per BRC summer Intro (W&T) & Prelim (D1) dressage)
Rider Two – BRC D3 OR BRC D10
(Eligibility & tack as per BRC summer Prelim (D3) or Novice (D10) dressage)
Rider Three – BRC HT 100Q
(Eligibility & tack as per BRC summer Novice dressage)
Rider Four – Either BRC HT100C 20×60, OR BRC HT 100+C 20 x 60, OR BD Med 61 (2002) 20 x 60

Please note that the running order of the tests on the day may not be the same as the above list.
Cost is £12.50 per test. Entries will initially close on 1st August, then depending on numbers may reopen for additional individual entries. Teams of three need only pay for three tests but will then lose the option to add in a fourth member after midday on August 10th – at which point all entries must have been paid for.
Entries to be made via the Team Manager, Jane Dyer.
For TWRC Members only.
Great way to get involved with teams, without the pressure of qualifying for a Championship. All welcome to have a go as all levels catered for.
